Opened in 1951 initially the Source bar was a lively tavern with a restaurant and dancing every Saturday evening.

In 1974 the restaurant was enlarged with the additon of a first floor and became a hotel restaurant with 7 bedrooms in 1985.

Philosophy

Inexpensive good dining with fresh produce. All dishes prepared on site with the best value for money. We use only fresh vegetables, All desserts are home made, We serve only rarely frozen products such as seafood (sqid, mussels, and fish and chips) and hamburgers.
